Against this particular form of moral degeneration there was a desperate need of such a book that could provide to be a cure for the problem. It was thought that such a book should not only explore the causes of the problem but should also suggest remedies in the form of experiences and advice of the wise. This book was supposed to present clear guidelines for all to follow.
